I’ve been living in Vienna three and one-half years now. Actually, I was born in Russia -- in Siberia, but my family moved up to Latvia, to Riga, in the Balkans, when I was a little child. So I lived there. I moved to Vienna when I was 17 and started to go to the fashion college. About a year ago I passed my exams and started at the University of Applied Arts in Vienna, studying fashion in the class of Raf Simons.
I had very nice summer last year and grew to know so many people. One of them was Wolfram. My friend and I were at a party in the center of the city --very famous one. It was very nice to be there in the summer night It’s outside and they playing nice electronic music. You can meet nice people from the art scene, but it was very hard to learn someone really new as about seventy percent of my classmates hang out there. Sometimes, though, there are new faces.

Autumn/Winter 2005 has finally arrived! And two new British additions to our design stable have delivered thus far, Aquascutum and Umbro by Kim Jones. We've made some improvements to the design and ergonomics of our website, as you'll notice for these two new fall postings. Please have a look: www.sevennewyork.com Lots more improvements to come. This season we plan to have online payment processing safely and securely in place. Our new Soho shop will FINALLY be open by mid to late September. Thank you very much for believing in us. Autumn/Winter 2005: Aquascutum
Aquascutum, a new addition to our stable of designers, is a British luxury brand dating back to 1851 that has traditionally been synonymous with top quality, English craftsmanship, and attention to detail. Originally specializing in raincoats (Peter Sellers wore one in the Pink Panther film in the 1960's), the house has recently been revived through designers Micheal Herz and Graeme Fidler, who have succeeded in injecting a new emphasis on creativity without compromise of Aquascutum's integrity and heritage.

We recently had the official NIKE CONSIDERED GEN 2 launch at Reed Space. Thanks to everyone that came through (for photos of the opening, check the pop-up window on http://www.thereedspace.com/). We’ve had great feedback on the new line of shoes and the artwork by HUNTERGATHERER. We’ll still have it up for a few more weeks, so come down if you haven’t checked out the work yet. Pics of the shoes and artwork available are all on the update link.
In other NIKE news, we finally received our shipment of the NIKE SB TEAM MANAGER SERIES tees. The Ice Cream Tee, Diamond Tee, Family Tee, all of them. We don’t have a lot of these so come down and pick up the whole collection!
TWELVEBAR drops another sick t-shirt for those Nike SB Dunk fans out there. The tee features all the dunk aliases cleanly laid out on a simple crossword graphic. If you don’t have the shoes, just pick up the tee! This is just a teaser from TWELVEBAR, so watch out in the next couple weeks as we’ll be getting their Fall stuff soon.
